BENEFITS TO THE COMMUNITY
AVBCC understands that education is the most powerful tool for a successful business. We plan to increase revenue by providing employment opportunities for underrepresented individuals, development and implementation of marketing based workshops and business strategic planning. We will offer our members workshops that will build a foundation of profitability in their business ventures. AVBCC also desires to increase the level of participation in the community by minority business owners. We plan to recycle the dollars that are leaving the
NETWORKING
Using the same successful model of Chambers across the county, we will provide opportunities for members to come together in a professional environment and share concerns and solutions. This will be accomplished in the form of business luncheons and mixers.
YOUTH
The AVBCC will implement two programs for our youth. Our Entrepreneurial Scholarship Program will bestow funds and apprenticeships to youth interested in business, and a Junior Chamber Program that will teach youth the importance and logistics between private and public sector.

In order for our organization to assist the community to succeed we need you.
